Open Enrollment for 2024-25 OEBB healthcare benefits will close on Sept. 20. This year, the enrollment process is passive, meaning that if you’re satisfied with your current benefit selections, they will automatically roll over to the next plan year. No action is required if you wish to keep your benefits the same.
However, if you would like to make changes to your medical, dental or vision plans, please visit www.OEBBenroll.com. The OEBB plan year runs from Oct. 1, 2024 through Sept. 30, 2025.

You may select any medical, dental and/or vision plan offered by OEBB in our region. Available options include:
Medical Benefits:
- Moda Medical Connexus Network (non-coordinated care): Plans 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
- Moda Medical Connexus Network (coordinated care): Plans 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
Dental Benefits:
- Delta Dental: Plans 1, 5, 6, Exclusive PPO – Incentive, Exclusive PPO
- Willamette Dental Plan
Vision Benefits:
- Moda Vision Plans: Opal, Pearl, Quartz
- VSP Vision Plans: VSP Choice Plus, VSP Choice

To assist with calculating your monthly premiums, rate calculator tools are available through the HR SharePoint site. Please note that macros must be enabled for the calculators to function correctly.
Open Enrollment Meetings

Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts
Enrollment forms for Health Equity/WageWorks Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) are available in the HR SharePoint folder. Please submit your completed forms to HR by Sept. 20, 2024.
