Welcome to the 2021-2022 academic year! RCC would like to provide an update on the changes in Financial Aid.
- New Software – Over the past few months, Financial Aid migrated to different software that will allow us to communicate with you more efficiently and allow you to submit documents and sign them electronically. We are still migrating information into myRogue, but any missing document information, award offers, and general communications will be sent to this email address (your preferred email address in myRogue) from myrogue_donotreply@roguecc.edu. Be sure to add it to your safe list.
- 2021-2022 Award Offers – Financial Aid staff are working diligently to email students their 2021-2022 award offers. While this process can take 6-8 weeks from the time students submit all requested documents, we are hoping to send these out sooner. Summer-enrolled student awards are being prioritized. Please watch your email for communications from RCC Financial Aid.
- Cash For College – RCC would like to support you as you pursue your educational goals. We have set up a website with Emergency and Supplemental Assistance information, including the Cash For College monies. Check it out and see what funds you might qualify for!
- Financial Aid Advising – For summer term, Financial Aid Advising continues to serve you remotely, assisting via phone, email and virtual appointments. If you need to speak with a financial aid advisor but are unable to do so from home, Student Affairs has on-site assistance on Tuesdays from 9am-4pm. The on-site staff can print and collect documents, provide general information, and connect you via Zoom with someone in Financial Aid, Counseling, Advising, TRiO, Veterans Services or most other departments. - Ossie Fast Pass Days – If you are trying to get all your enrollment needs taken care of, come to campus for an Ossie Fast Pass Day this summer! We want to support you in completing your college business – IN PERSON – and helping you get from admission to registration in one day. Student Affairs staff from Admissions, Advising, Counseling, Financial Aid, Placement Testing, Student Life and TRiO will be on-site to assist you.
