It’s time to apply for scholarships for the 2023-24 school year at Rogue Community College.
Current and incoming students planning to attend RCC during the 2023-24 academic year are invited to apply for about 125 scholarships provided through the Rogue Community College Foundation. The application is open through June 1 on the foundation’s website, roguecc.edu/scholarships. Students who apply by April 1 will be entered into a drawing for a $500 early bird scholarship.
In 2022-23, the RCC Foundation awarded about $825,000 in scholarships to approximately 275 students. The average award is about $3,000 per year, with a typical range of $1,000 to $6,000 per student.
Eligible applicants must have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA and plan to enroll in at least 6 credits at RCC in fall 2023. The application, which includes three short essays, takes about two hours to complete. About one in four students who apply are awarded a foundation scholarship.
