Starting this fall, all Blackboard courses at Rogue Community College will transition to Ultra, the platform’s new and improved version. If you have any questions or need assistance navigating the new system, RCC’s Blackboard administrators are hosting drop-in sessions throughout the summer. These sessions provide a flexible opportunity to receive support—feel free to pop in whenever you need and stay as long as you like.
Drop-In Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 2-3 p.m.
Whether you’re new to Ultra or just need a refresher, our team is here to help ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
Ultra Guides
In addition to drop-in sessions, the Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) offers a variety of resources designed to help faculty navigate Ultra. These include comprehensive tutorials, instructional videos, and ongoing training opportunities. One of the highlights is a collection of webinars led by Blackboard’s Carolyn Ponce, which were part of RCC’s limited training sessions. If you missed these sessions, don’t worry—we’ve polished and uploaded the recordings so everyone can benefit from this valuable training.
Check out our Ultra Guides to access these resources and ensure you are well-prepared for the upcoming term. For more information, contact the Teaching and Learning Center at TLC@roguecc.edu.
