Clothing Sale Fundraiser Returns to RCC Campuses to Support Student Scholarships

JACKSON AND JOSEPHINE COUNTIES (April 18, 2025) – The Rogue Community College (RCC) chapter of the American Association for Women in Community Colleges (AAWCC-RCC) is bringing its popular $1 Clothing Sale to RCC’s Redwood and Riverside campuses this April. The event is open to the public, with proceeds benefiting student scholarships through the RCC Foundation.

Most items will be priced at just $1, and all clothing and accessories have been donated by community members.

Redwood Campus – Grants Pass Student Center (adjacent to the Café), 3345 Redwood Highway

  • Tuesday, April 22, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Wednesday, April 23, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Riverside Campus – Medford Room 129, Higher Education Center, 101 S. Bartlett St.

  • Wednesday, April 23, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Thursday, April 24, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Held in honor of Earth Day, the biannual fundraiser promotes sustainability while supporting education. AAWCC-RCC has contributed to student scholarships and RCC programs since 2006.

“This event brings people together for a great cause,” said Rose Passione, AAWCC-RCC president. “It’s rewarding to see our community support students while also promoting reuse and sustainability. Every dollar spent helps make education more accessible.”
