We are delighted to share the exciting news that we have successfully transitioned all our information to the Jenzabar platform! This significant achievement marks a new chapter in our ongoing commitment to improving operational efficiency and providing exceptional service to our students and staff.
On Wednesday, the Jenzabar team completed the crucial data validation phase, ensuring that all information was transferred accurately. As of Friday morning, 15 outstanding items were identified and are being worked through.
Starting the week of Aug. 5, the team will continue to work on the validation issues and begin testing the configurations created in Jenzabar. The preliminary schedule is for the main team to process test on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The team will then bring in select departments to train and immediately use Jenzabar on Wednesday afternoon.
The Student Information Systems (SIS) staff in the following departments will begin using the SIS the week of Aug, 5: Rogue Central, financial aid and academic advisors.
