New Faculty Additions to Dental Programs

We are excited to introduce several talented and passionate professionals who have joined the Rogue Community College Dental Programs. Please join us in welcoming them to the RCC family.

Sammi Snyder – Dental Hygiene Faculty
With 27 years of experience in dental hygiene, Sammi Snyder is deeply committed to promoting oral health and educating future professionals. For the past seven years, she has been an adjunct faculty member at RCC, sharing her expertise and passion for the field. In her new full-time role, she looks forward to inspiring students even further in their dental hygiene journeys.

Outside of her professional life, Sammi is a proud mother of three RCC graduates and a grandmother to a delightful granddaughter. She enjoys traveling with her husband, visiting Disneyland, exploring new places and creating cherished memories together.

Andrea Enriquez – Dental Assisting Faculty
Originally from South Lake Tahoe, Andrea Enriquez is a proud graduate of the RCC Dental Assisting program and now serves as an instructor, sharing her experience with future dental professionals. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys baking, exploring the outdoors and discovering new wines. Her favorite activities include kayaking and snowboarding in the Sierra Nevada, reflecting her love for adventure and community. She is excited to balance her dental career with her passions for food, nature and good company.

Ashton Britton – Adjunct Dental Hygiene Faculty
Ashton Britton is an experienced dental hygienist with eight years of clinical practice. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Oregon Institute of Technology and her associate degree in general studies from Rogue Community College. Ashton finds fulfillment in combining her professional expertise with a compassionate approach to patient care.

Beyond the clinic, Ashton enjoys outdoor activities including fly fishing, rafting, gardening and hiking. She also loves spending time in the kitchen, where her creativity shines through cooking. Family is central to her life, and she treasures time with her nieces and nephew, and her pets—a loyal dog, Abraham and two cats, Hazey and Mini Moo.

Trudy Hogg – Adjunct Dental Hygiene Faculty
Trudy Hogg earned her associate degree in dental hygiene in 2012 and completed her bachelor’s degree through Oregon Institute of Technology in 2015. After returning to her hometown of Grants Pass, she has spent the last four years re-establishing her roots with her partner Stuart and their two dogs.

Trudy serves as a lead training hygienist and mentor with Aspen Dental in Southern Oregon, and she manages a patient outreach and education-focused TikTok page, @2thFairy541. She is thrilled to join the RCC family and looks forward to her role as an adjunct faculty member.

Sam Boehm – Adjunct Dental Hygiene and Assisting Faculty
Sam Boehm joined RCC in March 2024 as an instructor for the Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting programs. She is a certified dental assistant and a registered dental hygienist with eight years of experience in dentistry. Sam is excited to be a part of the RCC family and is eager to contribute to the success of the program.

Dr. Aaron Rogers – Adjunct Dental Faculty
Dr. Aaron Rogers, DMD, is a dentist, musician and self-proclaimed nerd who loves discussing dentistry, traveling, Disneyland, video games and songwriting. When he’s not in the clinic, he plays guitar in a hard rock band, performing quarterly for friends and family. Married to his soulmate Jeannetta for 16 years, Aaron fondly recalls their first date at Dairy Queen. He is excited to bring his enthusiasm and experience to the RCC Dental Programs.

Angela Jahn – Adjunct Dental Hygiene Faculty
Angela Jahn graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in education. A member of Phi Theta Kappa, she began practicing dental hygiene in 2005 and brings nearly two decades of experience to her role at RCC. Angela is excited to share her knowledge and expertise with the next generation of dental hygienists.
