The RCC Library, Latino Services & Diversity Programming Board are proud to sponsor this year’s observance of Dia de los Muertos with ofrenda displays at all three campuses.
Dia de los Muertos is a holiday to remember friends and family who have passed. This tradition is celebrated in Mexico and other Latin American countries. Visit our campus ofrenda displays to learn more about the history and symbolism of this custom. We invite you to participate by bringing a small photo of a departed loved one to include on the ofrenda. Enjoy delicious pan dulce (sweet bread) and take home some sugar skull stickers and locally crafted marigold petal confetti.
Dia de los Muertos: Ofrendas at RCC
