Drinking Water Service Line Inventory Report

Rogue Community College is required by the Oregon Health Authority to share findings from its drinking water service line inventory with water users.

We are proud to report that the initial service line inventory required by the EPA and the State of Oregon has been completed in compliance with the EPA’s Lead and Copper Rule Revisions.

Based on a comprehensive review of historical records and physical inspections, all service lines within our system have been determined to be non-lead.

How the Determination Was Made

  1. Records Review: A detailed examination of historical records, including original drawings of the Fort Vannoy Job Corps Training Center, Josephine County planning records, Rogue Community College capital improvement plans, and records of line repairs.
  2. Physical Inspections: On-site inspections conducted during leak repairs or shut-off valve maintenance.

We remain committed to providing safe and reliable drinking water to our community.
