The Native American Student Union at Southern Oregon University is hosting its 31st Annual Powwow on April 13-14 at the SOU Lithia Motors Pavilion. TRIO SSS and the Diversity Programming Board are sponsoring a field trip to the event for students, faculty and staff on Saturday, April 13. The plan is to arrive in time to grab a bite to eat (lunch provided) before attending the Grand Entry at 1 p.m.
The powwow is open to the public but the RCC transportation and lunch is available only to students and staff. Please view additional details on the flyer. Transportation will be provided, leaving from Redwood Campus and Riverside Campus to SOU and back. Sign up by April 3 to attend. We hope to see you there!
Faculty: Please consider offering extra credit for attendance at DPB events!

Pick up at RCC campuses:
- 11 a.m. – RWC
- 11:30 a.m. – RVC
- 12 p.m. – Arrive at SOU & lunch
- 12:45 p.m. – Gather and be seated at Lithia Motors Pavilion
- 1 p.m. – Grand Entry & dances
- 4 p.m. – Depart to RCC campuses
Drop off at RCC campuses:
- 4:30 p.m. – RVC
- 5 p.m. – RWC
