Free Speech

Rogue Community College is committed to maintaining an inclusive and respectful environment for all students, employees and visitors.

Considering this, we would like to take a moment to remind everyone of AP 3900: Expressive Conduct concerning freedom of expression and proper use of college facilities.

As a public institution, RCC affords individuals and groups to exercise their rights to free speech, expression and peaceful assembly on campus. This administrative procedure ensures that such activities do not disrupt College operations or the learning environment.

If you have any questions about AP3900 or how it is applied, reach out to Director of Risk Management Sean Taggart at staggart@roguecc.edu or at 541-956-7061.

If you would like to discuss your experience on campus in this regard, reach out to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Coordinator & Lead Title IX Coordinator Lucia Bartscher at lbartscher@roguecc.edu or at 541-956-7124.
