We are enhancing IT communication processes to keep you informed about system statuses. Moving forward, all system outage notifications will be posted using the RCC website’s “Alerts” function. These alerts will appear in the header of all RCC public web pages.
When systems are restored, the alert will be cleared, indicating that you can log back in and resume work on J1 (web or desktop) and/or myRogue.
This transition aims to streamline communication with faculty, staff, and students, providing timely and accurate updates on system availability.
