We are pleased to share that we have partnered with ModernThink to administer the Great Colleges Employee Engagement Survey this year as part of their Great Colleges To Work For program.
The People, Culture & Safety Division selected this survey to replace our annual employee engagement survey after careful consideration of employee feedback, and the benefits of having a nationally normed survey instrument, industry-specific benchmarking data and enhanced survey results and analysis. By having a third-party provider facilitate the survey process, your responses will be completely anonymous and confidential. For more information, please see the Statement of Confidentiality.
The survey results will provide actionable insights into strengths and opportunities regarding the workplace experience at RCC. Survey themes include collaboration, communication, workplace culture, employee well-being, confidence in leadership and many other topics.
The survey invitation was sent to all faculty, staff and administrators via email from surveys@modernthink.net on Feb. 5, 2024. The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. We hope you will take this opportunity to share your honest feedback and encourage colleagues to do the same. A high response rate helps ensure an accurate representation of our community.
