Great Colleges Employee Engagement Survey 2024-25

The survey will be open from Feb. 24 through March 7

Rogue Community College (RCC) has once again partnered with ModernThink to administer the Great Colleges Employee Engagement Survey as part of the Great Colleges to Work For program.

By utilizing a third-party provider, all survey responses will remain completely anonymous and confidential. More information is available in the Statement of Confidentiality.

The survey results will provide actionable insights into RCC’s workplace experience, highlighting strengths and opportunities in areas such as collaboration, communication, workplace culture, employee well-being and confidence in leadership.

On Feb. 24, 2025, an email invitation will be sent to all faculty, staff and administrators from surveys@modernthink.net. The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Employees are encouraged to provide honest feedback and motivate colleagues to participate. A high response rate will help ensure an accurate representation of the RCC community.
