Join us for the Inclusive Hiring Workshop at Table Rock Campus on Friday, Oct. 11. The workshop will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Room 140 of the Health Professions Center, with a light breakfast and lunch provided.

This workshop offers an opportunity to explore ways to create a more equitable workplace, beginning with the hiring process. Topics will include implicit bias, diversity, the changing legal landscape in hiring and an overview of inclusive hiring practices as part of the search committee process.
All employees are encouraged to participate, pending supervisor approval. Please note, it is now a requirement that each search committee includes at least one member who has completed the workshop within the last two years.
