The grounds crew will be performing the following herbicide treatment on the RWC campus and TRC campus (weather permitting):
When: Every Thursday-Sunday: July 20-23, 2023, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Area: Designated flower beds. The grounds crew will be marking out areas with approved warning signs.
Problem: Weeds compete with desired plants for water and nutrients.
Treatments:
• “Avenger” (reg. no. 92967-1), an organic weed killer used in ecologically sensitive areas.
• “Gly Star Plus” (EPA reg. #42750-61), a sprayed systemic weed killer.
