As tax season approaches, remember not to store personal tax data or other personally identifiable information (PII) on college storage resources, including network drives, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint. Any information saved on these platforms is not private and may become public domain.
Additionally, do not use college email to send tax records or other sensitive personal information. Always use a secure, personal method to store and share private documents.
