The Jenzabar Chatbot is live! Members of the Admissions & Recruitment team have been busy behind the scenes training staff on how to input their departmental FAQs and answers into the chatbot, as well as loading the chatbot with hundreds of FAQs for the college in general. The chatbot can be found on the RCC home page in the bottom right corner.
Special thanks Rachel Ostroskie, Angel Woods and Catherine Whitsel for helping develop and refine the Q&A database, and Liz Butler and Dennis Underwood for helping us program the chatbot and add it to the RCC website.
We will continue to refine the chatbot and its Q&A log as time goes on and more students use it.
