After more than a year of software demos, reference checks and contract negotiations, Rogue Community College has selected Jenzabar One as our new enterprise resource planning system (ERP).
Jenzabar will integrate our student information system (SIS) and financial information system (FIS) into one easy-to-use platform, providing a seamless and unified experience for all RCC employees.
Jenzabar One (J1) is designed to modernize RCC’s technology resources, enhancing our ability to work effectively and support the college’s strategic goals. This system will replace RogueNet applications and seamlessly integrate with PowerFAIDS.

About the transition
The core student information system (SIS) implementation will take about 20 months, with project preparation taking place during the first 5 months — beginning now. The SIS includes admissions, registration, advising, student life, student billing, web portal, and student & parent self-service. Standard integrations with other software, such as a payment gateway, financial aid system, admissions customer resource management system (CRM) and the learning management system (LMS). See the Transition Plan for the latest on anticipated transition dates.
Implementation of the financial information system (FIS) will take about 6 months, starting after the SIS go-live is complete. The FIS includes the general ledger, accounts payable, purchasing, fixed assets and budget. Remaining integrations related to the SIS and integrations related to the FIS will begin during this phase.
RCC has established a network of project managers as well as a Jenzabar Implementation Taskforce to serve as liaisons across the college throughout this transition. We will be sending regular emails to keep you updated about the transition timeline and progress.
Please ask members of the taskforce if you have any questions about the transition. They are here to help you!
