Rogue Community College is excited to announce the creation of a task force dedicated to enhancing recognition programs and developing meaningful, personalized opportunities to celebrate staff achievements.
As part of RCC’s commitment to fostering a culture of appreciation and support, the task force seeks enthusiastic members who are passionate about recognizing the contributions of their peers and promoting a positive work environment. Task force participants will help shape impactful recognition practices tailored to the unique contributions of RCC staff.
Employee Appreciation Week 2025
One of the task force’s first initiatives is planning Employee Appreciation Week, scheduled for March 3-7. This week will feature events focused on celebrating staff and their accomplishments.
Event Schedule:
- Monday, March 3, 9-11 a.m., Coffee and Conversation, RWC
- Wednesday, March 5, 9-11 a.m., Coffee and Conversation, RVC
- Thursday, March 6, 9-11 a.m., Coffee and Conversation, TRC
- Friday, March 7: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Luncheon at all campuses (RWC, TRC, RVC)

RCC looks forward to collaborating with staff to build a recognition program that celebrates its team in a more personal and meaningful way.
