Please welcome Stephen Phelps, who will be the new Dean of Instruction for Applied Technology and Visual Arts starting on May 1, 2024.
Steve comes to RCC from Temple College in Texas where he held several roles, including serving as dean and department chair. He also has been actively involved in accreditation processes, grant management, strategic planning and budget management. Steve will be overseeing Automotive, Computer and Information Sciences, Diesel, Manufacturing, Visual Art and Design, and Welding. Look for the full introduction when Steve arrives in May.
