Our athletic teams have wrapped up remarkable regular seasons, celebrating impressive achievements and breaking records along the way. As they head into the Northwest Athletic Conference postseason, the Rogue Ospreys men’s and women’s soccer teams, and women’s volleyball team are primed for playoff success.
Women’s Soccer
The 8th-ranked women’s soccer team has added South Region Champions to their impressive record. With a 9-1-2 record in the regular season, they earned a first-round bye and will host the Elite 8 playoff game against the winner of Walla Walla vs. Bellevue.
The playoffs begin at home next week for the Ospreys women. They will play Saturday, Nov. 9, at 5 p.m. at Lithia & Driveway Fields in Medford.
Men’s Soccer
The 8th-ranked men’s soccer team has claimed back-to-back regional championships. With an 8-4-2 record, they also earned a first-round bye and will host the Elite 8 playoff game against the winner of Spokane vs. Everett.
The Ospreys men will play at home on Saturday, Nov. 9, at 7:30 p.m. at Lithia & Driveway Fields in Medford.
Volleyball
The women’s volleyball team has made a strong climb in the South Region standings. After starting the season 6-6, they are now 5-1 heading into the final week of regular-season games, tied for second place. One more win will secure a playoff spot for the sixth consecutive season.
Their final home game—Sophomore Night—is set for 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8 against Southwestern Oregon Community College at The Court House Family Fitness Center in Medford.
