Let’s welcome Courtney Voss to the Business Office as an Accountant II. Courtney’s preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. Courtney’s contact information is cvoss@roguecc.edu or 541-956-7387. Courtney will be working with our grant champions and helping with day-to-day accounting.
Courtney grew up in Yamhill County, where she met her husband Ryan and his two kids. Together they have a daughter Avery, who turned four on June 15, stepdaughter Marlee, 6, and stepson Lukis, 10. Courtney is currently attending Portland State University online to complete her bachelor’s degree in accounting with a goal of seeking her CPA license after graduating. Courtney and her family relocated to Josephine County a year ago to be closer to her two wonderful stepkids.
Courtney has spent the last two years working in governmental and nonprofit auditing for local CPA firms. Before that, she spent six years in the insurance industry and when the pandemic hit she decided to go for her associate degree in accounting. She’s excited to aid the community and be a part of the Rogue team.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, reading and doing home repairs. Courtney and her husband live on 12 acres, with dreams to get the property fixed up so they can have the farm they desire. Currently, they have a growing flock of chickens and Muscovy ducks with hopes to add cattle, pigs and horses one day.
