The Rogue Community College Board of Education has posted an announcement seeking applicants for the position of chief executive officer, moving the search for the college’s seventh president into the next phase.
President Cathy Kemper-Pelle earlier this year announced plans to retire at the end of June 2022.
Applications for the presidency are being accepted through RCC’s job page at schooljobs.com, with screening set to begin Jan. 21. The vacancy is being advertised across appropriate higher education sites including The Chronicle of Higher Education and HigherEdJobs.com.
The board is working with Gold Hill Associates, a Mississippi-based executive recruitment firm dedicated to community colleges. A 20-member Presidential Search Advisory Committee created a presidential search profile prior to listing the position.
