The Rogue Community College Foundation General Scholarship Application will open on April 14 and close on June 1, 2025. The foundation is collaborating with Ellucian/Scholarship Universe to implement updates that enhance the application process and improve the overall student experience. Before the application opens, the foundation will host a brief informational session providing an overview of Scholarship Universe and the RCC Foundation application process.
The session is scheduled for Thursday, April 3, at 9 a.m. Those interested in attending should contact Faina Hopkins on Teams or by phone at 541-956-7293. The meeting will be recorded for those unable to attend or who wish to reference the information later.
Additionally, the Foundation will create a separate informational video from the student’s perspective. This video will be available on the RCC Foundation scholarship page shortly after the application goes live on April 14.
As mentioned in previous updates, students are required to submit a letter of recommendation as part of their application. Faculty and staff are encouraged to remind students to reach out to their contacts in advance, allowing sufficient time for preparation. Students should also anticipate an email from Scholarship Universe requesting their submission.
