The February session of Inclusive Hiring has been fully booked. Please be on the lookout for spring and summer sessions that will be publicized in future Rogue Report articles. Feel free to read more about the program below.
The Inclusive Hiring Series aims to establish a theoretical foundation of research about implicit bias and diversity; information about the changing legal landscape in hiring; and an overview of inclusive hiring practices within the context of our regular search committee process. All employees are encouraged to participate in the series so long as their supervisor approves. There is no requirement to serve as a search committee member upon completing the series.
As a reminder, we have formalized our inclusive hiring efforts by requiring that each search committee include at least one member who has completed the workshop within two years of the search.
