Jackson and Josephine counties (Dec. 14, 2023) – For students considering transferring to a four-year university, Rogue Community College (RCC) and TRIO are hosting Oregon Transfer Days on Jan. 25 in Medford and Jan. 26 in Grants Pass.
The college transfer fairs will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 25 at the Riverside Campus Higher Education Center, Room 129, and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 26 at the Redwood Campus Student Center.
This is an important event for university-bound students. There will be several colleges and universities in attendance to answer questions and provide guidance regarding their transfer processes. Guests will have the chance to meet recruiters and talk about various options and available resources.
Advisors and faculty are also encouraged to attend so they may learn about potential transfer opportunities for students.
TRIO programs help low-income individuals, first-generation college students, veterans and people with disabilities. Each of TRIO’s programs has a different focus to help students progress from middle school through college.
