Jackson and Josephine counties (Feb. 20, 2024) – Rogue Community College (RCC) is hosting a free Latino Family Night (Noche de Familia) on Thursday, March 7, 2024, from 3-6 p.m. Guests of all ages are welcome to visit the campus, take a tour and learn about everything RCC offers. Food will be provided, in addition to information about how to get started paying for college. Spanish speakers from RCC will be present. The event will be held at the Table Rock Campus at 7800 Pacific Avenue in White City, in the A Building.
Rogue Community College invites the community to participate in its upcoming Latino Family Night and learn about:
- Admissions and how to pay for college
- English classes (ESL/ELA)
- General Education Development (GED) classes
- RCC certificate programs offered in Spanish:
- Early Childhood/Elementary Education and Family Support Services
- GED
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Provider
- FAFSA/ORSAA workshop
- Oregon Promise Grant and scholarship opportunities
