It is unknown just how many Inservice events RCC has had over the years, but it may be safe to say that Friday’s spring event may have had the most recognition. We were able to commemorate the retirement of a dozen cherished co-workers and celebrate 68 hard-working and innovative individuals. We had the opportunity to meet in small groups and allow our voices to be heard and most of all, be part of the process that moves RCC forward and into the future.
