The Microgrant Committee is pleased to announce the recipients of this year’s Stabilizing Enrollment Microgrants. These grants are designed to support innovative, student-focused projects that align with Rogue Community College’s mission and 2024-25 priorities. Focus areas include stabilizing enrollment, promoting student success, fostering employee connectedness, implementing systems thinking and strengthening community partnerships.
This year, six projects were awarded funding, with a maximum grant amount of $10,000 per project. A total of $52,600 was allocated to enhance resources and initiatives that directly benefit students and the RCC community.
The Stabilizing Enrollment Microgrant program provides faculty and staff with a platform to address key challenges and develop innovative solutions that improve student retention, equity and engagement. Funded projects will be implemented during the 2025 calendar year, with outcomes evaluated based on their impact on students and the college community. The selected projects reflect the creativity, dedication and passion of RCC’s faculty and staff in advancing student success and strengthening the institution.

- EMT Textbooks for RCC Library
- Embedded Tutoring Pilot Program
- Registration & Advising Clinics (RACs)
- 2024-2025 Student Show Out-of-Pocket (OOP) Expenses
- Library Laptops
- GED & Pre-College Education Student Guidebook
