New Role for Rachel Ostroskie

Please welcome Rachel Ostroskie to her new role as the Assistant Director of High School Partnerships. Rachel brings a wealth of institutional knowledge, a deep understanding of processes and a strong ability to build relationships and rapport.

Rachel’s extensive experience at RCC spans various departments, including Applied Technology, the RCC Bookstore, Pre-College and GED, the Counseling and Advising Dean’s Office and, most recently, Admissions & Recruitment. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she also supported the Early College program, gaining insight into the intricacies of College Now and Early College. She recognizes the importance of strengthening high school partnerships in the Rogue Valley and across the state.

Rachel recently earned a master’s degree in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University and attended a leadership program through Oregon Institute for Leadership Development (OILD) and Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling (PNACAC). Her expertise and leadership will be invaluable in advancing the efforts of High School Partnerships.
